Client Data

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZION ACADEMY Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZION ACADEMY for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide you with access to retrieve your data for a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies and any ongoing legal obligations.

Governing Law
